Job Summary
We are excited to be expanding our team again and looking for a motivated individual who is interested in learning more about the construction process. We work in a team of 15 people on custom luxury home builds all over the Vancouver area, with current projects in White Rock, South Surrey, Langley, and Whistler.

Duties

Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
Perform heavy lifting as necessary for transporting materials and equipment.
Install siding, flooring, and other building materials with precision.
Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components.
Execute concrete forming and masonry tasks as required for specific projects.
Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications & Expectations

Ownership of basic personal tools and understanding safe usage of tools.
Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
Strong skills in siding installation, flooring installation, concrete forming, and masonry.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) safely.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Valid driver’s license required for travel between job sites.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
